Ingredients
  

  • ½ cucumber julienned
  • ½ avocado julienned
  • 2 imitation crab legs shredded
  • 2 imitation crab legs
  • 10 shrimp tempuras
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp siracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 nori seaweed sheets
  • 3 cups sushi rice

Instructions
 

California Roll

  • Place a sheet of nori seaweed shiny-side down on the bamboo sushi rolling mat.
  • Wet your hands with water and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top edge of the nori sheet.
  • Arrange the imitation crab leg, cucumber, and avocado in a line across the middle of the rice.
  • Using the bamboo sushi mat, roll the nori sheet tightly around the filling, pressing down gently as you roll to ensure a tight seal. Use the border of rice at the top to seal the roll.
  • Remove the roll from the mat and place it in your heart shaped sushi mold. Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into bite-size pieces. Enjoy!

Spicy Crab Roll

  • Place a sheet of nori seaweed shiny-side down on the bamboo sushi rolling mat.
  • Wet your hands with water and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top edge of the nori sheet.

Shrimp Tempura Roll
