  3. Sift ground Ghirardelli chocolate, flour, salt and baking powder into the mixture and add in chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup melted butter or margarine
  • ¾ cup Ghirardelli sweet ground chocolate and cocoa
  • cup flour all-purpose, unsifted
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Notes

For a more chewy brownie, use an 8″ pan and bake for less time. For a more cake-like brownie use a 9″ pan and bake for more time.
