Dole is widely known as one of the world’s leading fresh produce providers. But in addition to supplying citrus fruits, berries, and fresh vegetables, Dole also produces a variety of smoothies and frozen treats. One of which is the delicious and refreshing Dole Whip.
Dole Whip is a soft-serve frozen dessert. Many Dole Whip recipes provide a good alternative for ice cream lovers who are looking for a healthier option. Several flavors of Dole Whips are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low in sodium. They also contain some vitamins and minerals with their fruit content and fewer calories than many ice cream flavors.

Dole Whip was first introduced into Disney Parks in the 1980s. Since then its popularity has increased, making it a staple treat associated with the park. This year Dole Whip is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special announcement: the release of eight new flavors.
On July 20th, Dole introduced the Blue Hawaiian Dole Whip, Creamy Lemon-Blueberry Swirl Dole Whip, Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate Dole Whip, Golden Curry & Mango Dole Whip, Healthy Halo-Halo Inspired Dole Whip, Mint Green Dole Whip, Sweet & Spicy Tamarindo Dole Whip, and Twisted Candy Cane Dole Whip.
The recipes for these eight new flavors were made available online for everyone to enjoy at home.
