On a hot summer day, nothing beats a frozen mojito. Frozen drinks truly shine in the summer, and classics like mojitos and piña coladas are just way better when they’re frozen.

Use fresh lime juice if you can

I love using freshly squeezed lime juice because the juice has stronger lime flavor than bottled lime juice. But bottled lime juice will work perfectly fine!

Which rum is good in mojitos

For mojitos you will need a light or white rum that’s smooth and let’s the mint and lime flavor shine. Bacardi is what I always gravitate to, but Don Q and Denizen are other popular choices.

Skip the rum for virgin frozen mojitos

Make a non alcoholic version of this frozen mojitos by skipping the alcohol. Even without the rum, this drink is super tasty and refreshing for the summer.
