Greek Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
Crisp, creamy, and tangy. Let me put you on to one of my favorite Mediterranean sauces: Tzatziki.

1 grater
2 paper towels
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cucumber shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp white vinegar distilled
- To taste salt and pepper
Mince garlic and set aside. Grate cucumber and set aside.
Place shredded cucumber into paper towels and squeeze as much liquid out as possible.
Combined Greek yogurt, dried cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
- Squeeze as much liquid as you can from the cucumber. Traditionally, tzatziki sauce is thick and creamy, not runny or watery.
- Feel free to add herbs like dill or parsley to you tzatziki.
